Please read and consider this j0j2! I don't mean to offend btw!
You know that site j0j2 made for kids to band together and voice their opinion on big debates? I just want to know, what happened to banding together? All I see is j0j2 posting blogs and coming close to implying that we all agree, and what's our way of voicing our opinion? A simplistic comment system.
I think that at the very least the site should have two bloggers on different takes for each issue they report and maybe even a small team (like 5 bloggers posting their opinions on topics they choose, not limited to j0j2's). Even better would be a forum, so that community can post and discuss among themselves the topics they find important.
This isn't meant to diss j0j2 but instead it's meant to offer ways to improve. Right now, us banding together and voicing our opinions on there doesn't get much farther than saying "our" a lot.

Hi Soup!
I'm actually thrilled you made this post. No offense taken!
The Banding together thing is difficult over the internet. I'm still figuring out what kinds of projects can be made or contributing to. Tweens (worst word ever) and teenagers have a lot of voice, but the problem is what's the best outlet. I'd like to set up a forum and I might work on that, but I've managed several forums before - they're a lot of work and I'm not in the mood to admin right now. Maybe later, but not now.
I agree with your many points and it would be great to have several different bloggers - my problem is that it would be difficult to find people to do so. I've deciding what I'm going to focus this blog on is informing people, not arguing a point (unfortunately bias might be intended. Just the way I write). I would like to have a team of people, but right now it's a difficult concept. I don't know that many people that have differing opinions and like to write journalistic stories.
I'm going to figure out and find different places that people can submit cases in writing or opinions. I've been fairly busy this summer, but when I find the time I'm going to try to involve this site with something a little bigger. For now, the intention is informing the young adult audience on real world issues and rooting out ignorance.
Thanks again, soup! Your feedback is very helpful and I'm glad you're making suggestions.
