Scratch

I've noticed that recently there have been many posts in Advanced Topics that have been moved to All About Scratch. I believe this is because of new Scratchers not knowing what Advanced Topics is really for.

So, I'd like to fix this. And I know how.
Currently, the description under Advanced Topics is "Talk about technical aspects or advanced features.". I'd like to change it to something more descriptive, like "Talk about technical aspects and advanced features, like editing Scratch's source code or finding advanced secrets in Scratch.".

I hope this is good. And lots will realise my point.
