As I mentioned previously, it's really cool that you are putting this on again!

Scratch Team appreciates the invitation but is busy with other responsibilities.  Besides, this is a completely community-driven event and it seems like the judges should come from the community as well.

If you want to invite Community Moderators, that's fine, but it probably would be best if they didn't get a "free pass" but were elected like everybody else.  It seems fairer.
