School (Internet) suggestions! :D

OK, I'm thinking about what I could suggest to my school for the internet.  Some of the things:
~ Access files from home (USB's are annoying).  My old school did it!  big_smile  (ssss)

~ None others at the moment.  Suggest and be credited  big_smile

Does your school have a wireless network? Get Wireless network and enable you to connect to it.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

The first thing I do when I get on a school is install Chrome. That, or I just boot Ubuntu from my USB drive.

And for easier access to files, I just use Dropbox.  big_smile

If Mozilla.org isn't blocked you should be able to go there, download Firefox and run it instead of saving it. That's how I got Firefox or Opera at school. Chrome doesn't work at my school though. Games are blocked so we don't play them instead of working, they aren't going to change that. And if most school districts are like mine they are totally broke and can't really afford new computers, so that's out as well. Maybe if I was allowed to bring in my laptop, that would be great.
