Sounds good with what we got so far, I say you could be in.  big_smile  What do you guys think?

We still need drums though, sounds pretty boring without them.  hmm

Not sure about that, not many people on Scratch have Facebook and I don't tell my IRL friends much about this to be honest.  hmm  It's not necessary right now.

I'd say yes, if all others approve of it.  smile

Ok.
Link 1: http://www.4shared.com/audio/clgmRu0_/WhenImBesideYou1.html?
Link 2: http://www.4shared.com/audio/ZeHuAFMR/WhenImBesideYou2.html?

Link 1 is the first prechorus piano part with a bit of the chorus.
Link 2 is the second prechorus that has the three chords before. Basically same thing as link one except with the three chords at the beginning.

Re: Frozen Coco - A Scratch Band

Nice, they sound pretty good with the other instruments so far - you could record the bridge and the solo backing too.

Kitten and Lazy Sunday Jam are meant to be "rockier" songs so I'm not sure if a piano would fit.  hmm  When I'm Besides You and Gone already have enough piano IIRC, and in A Chance (a song we'll cover, probably as a bonus track on the EP) there's plenty of piano  big_smile

Since I don't have much to do I'll record Lazy Sunday Jam on my electric guitar :B

Re: Frozen Coco - A Scratch Band

Maybe in Lazy Sunday Jam you could play the same as the guitar, in a harder "voice" if that's what you mean  tongue

EDIT: For some reason I'm getting some horrible latency, couldn't record electric guitar D:

Re: Frozen Coco - A Scratch Band

I was just playing around with noteflight and I made this. the bass comes in at measure 4, and the guitar comes in at measure 10.

I recorded a solo, It's 31 seconds long. It's metal/alternative genre and its mainly just quick scales and ho-po's. You can get it by going to this link - http://www.largedocument.com/1/dea5307e/Solo.mp3
(link broken - Copy and paste into the address bar and it will download  tongue )

Sounds... pretty sloppy and like just random notes, sorry. Is that an acoustic? I thought it was raw electric signal so I went ahead and used a VST amp, but got some horrible noise problems  hmm

I didn't use an amp for that, That wasn't rehearsed at all, I'll make something better and send it to you. This time I'll write it down  tongue
