open Browser/Files

Hi.
Is there an extension for Scratch, wich can open the Browser and execute Files?

There is no extension, but you might check out Panther which is a program based on scratch  smile

I programmed this for BYOB:

( It isn't so easy to use like Panther, but you can use all Java classes )
