However, if echs meant to say that, well, it's not true, because he had a heart attack while on the Kira case(no prizes for guessing why!).

Okay, the l instead of I is so it wouldn't say 'I Am Eternal.'
I knew someone would think it was L from Death Note 
It's from a text-based game created by Eli Piilonen called "You Find Yourself in a Room."
Can't post a link, since there's lots of swearing and violence.
the game is about a rogue AI who forces their users to play text adventures and mocks their flaws. It's the sister game to "Viricide."
