Is there a converter from Scratch to C or C++?

Is there a converter from Scratch to C or C++? If so, where is it, and where can I get it? Also, how do you change your scratch project to actual squeak code?

There isn't, the closest I can think of are Chirp (right?) and Scratch2Exe, both of which let you embed a Scratch project into a Windows executable.

Ok... thanks! I'm trying to get it either into C, C++, or Apple Script, so now I just need to find a converter from .exe to C or C++.
