Profile picture/icon

How do i get my profile picture to change? I tried using a scratch project but the space was too big. someone please help me!

You need to use an image file for your profile picture, not a project. Use Google Images to find a picture you like, right click, click "Save Picture As", save it somewhere you can find it easily, then upload it from where you saved it.
