First of all start learning grammar. 'Scratch add block error' would be a better title and 'meh' is not a word. Anyway- press the middle button on your mouse and close scratch (Cross in top left), and then reopen it.

This happens sometimes. I am guessing there was also an error message? This happens a lot, it means you made a error which I don't know why, but some errors will do that.
It usually means one of these:
1. Space is low, you will get the space is low error message it usually means that your method runs infinitely.
2. A method is trying to read from the scratch skin, but cant. This happens very often if you try to refresh the skin with a new method which reads a new picture, you have to not save image and keep trying, its a pain in the pumpkin.
(Hmm... never thought of saying it that way, a pain in the pumpkin. Usually someone uses bad words there, which would refer to you behind.
But referring to food is a whole different thing! Plus I would much rather talk about food than cus words.)
