Ok, I have to use the toll-free one, because look at this part of PrankDial's TOU:
"You are strictly prohibited from using PrankDial to call emergency lines, health care facilities, government agencies, employees or officials, law enforcement, schools, numbers assigned to radio common carrier services, any service for which the called party is charged for the call,..."

Just do the toll-free one.
After you do so, we'll have someone else make Nomco call a different number. That way, IP tracing is ineffective against us.

JK. I love Namco, but I think what they did was utterly stupid, with taking down that project and all.
