Stencyl is now out of beta mode and is out for public release so I recommend you trying it!
It's sort of like Scratch, with blocks and stuff, but it has a tile map system for the scenes.
There are tutorials in the program so you can learn right away, try it!!!
On another note, I am in need of a spriter to help me.
Oh, BTW, this is my first post since May 20-something. I'm back.
Has anyone tried Stencyl yet?
Post your game(s) (links) here! I'd like to see what you've made!

I was in the beta team for Stencyl, and already had a go at it.
I think it's the perfect continuation of Scratch, as its only major programming difference is that it's object-oriented. I really recommend it to those advanced Scratchers.
As for the projects, I made a bubble trouble once but I messed up the whole thing and lost it for no apparent reason.

I've made on on kongregate when it was the closed beta, so it's pretty old. I was a beta tester: Daragon RUn
By the way, I can't upload my new one because its not converting to SWF!
Anyway, I wouldn't really recommend stencyl as i's SUPER GLITCHY. Behaviours have to be in a certain order.
