How many servers have you been banned from, and why? I've been banned from one server, only it didn't say why. I've never done anything wrong on that one, too.

What do you like to build? Mostly hotels, towns, bridges, and things like that.

Moderation Team Manual

1.0.0 Teleportation
1.1.0 Moderator -> Player
1.1.1 Moderators should not teleport to other players unless the moderator suspects that the player being teleported to is committing a criminal act or has asked the moderator to teleport to him/her because he/she suspects a criminal act to have occurred.
1.2.0 Player -> Moderator
1.2.1 Moderators should never teleport another player to their location.
1.2.2 The exception to this rule is that moderators may summon players if the moderator is using the teleportation to stop the teleported player from committing a criminal act.
1.3.0 Moderator -> Location
1.3.1 A moderator may teleport to a location (X,Y,Z) if the moderator suspects a criminal act has occurred there.
1.4.0 Player -> Player
1.4.1 Players should never be teleported to each other.

2.0.0 Giving items
2.0.1 Items should NEVER be given without extenuating circumstances.
2.1.0 Item requests
2.1.1 Players asking for items should be ignored.
2.2.0 Glitch-deaths
2.2.1 It is under the moderator's jurisdiction to decide whether or not to gift back items that have supposedly been lost to glitched deaths.
2.2.2 Do not gift back items unless there is no uncertainty that the played died unfairly.
2.3.0 Giving exp
2.3.1 The giving of exp should not be done unless, again, the moderator is sure that there is no uncertainty that the player died unfairly.
2.3.2 Half the exp levels that a player lost to a supposedly unfair death should be given back. Exp tables can be found here.

3.0.0 Web chat and /say
3.0.1 Moderators are allowed to use web chat at any time.
3.0.2 In order to be able to web chat, follow these instructions.
3.1.0 Using /say
3.1.1 /say should be used for giving serverwide announcements ONLY.

4.0.0 Opening inventories
4.0.1 Moderators are allowed to open inventories at any time if the moderator suspects the player who's inventory is being opened of committing a criminal act.

5.0.0 Setting time and weather
5.1.0 Weather
5.1.1 Weather can be cleared from rain or thunder at any time, but should not be changed by a moderator to rain or thunder.
5.2.0 Time
5.2.1 Time should never be sped up to reach a certain time faster, nor slowed down at any time.

6.0.0 Whitelisting
6.0.1 Only admins are authorized to read and respond to whitelist applications.

7.0.0 Anti-griefing
7.1.0 Checking logs
7.1.1 All moderators can check block place, block break, etc. events to see what player caused them.
7.1.2 The logging function is an essential tool in preventing criminal acts.
7.2.0 Rollbacks
7.2.1 All moderators are able to rollback areas.
7.2.2 The only reason the rollback function should be used is to return griefed property to its original state.

All punishments are decided upon by the moderator and may vary from a warning to a perma-ban.
