K, so there's a big cobblestone wall surrounding the city. In the middle of that area is spawn tower. Then if we need to extend, just surround it with more wall (have gates in the wall being surrounded.) And no need to clear the land to make the wall. It's a heckalotta work, just build ON TOP of the hills. Not in them.
