This isn't really a block, but you could have a compilor! Just like BYOB. If you get the HOST/JOIN MESH block, and compile the project - YOU CAN CREATE A VIRTUAL WORLD FOR FREE! And I am telling you, LOTS of people will use it then!
Here are some of my block ideas to:

Open URL $string$ in [new tab; new window] in [google chrome; internet explorer; opera; safari; firefox]
Create sprite named $string$ and give sprite script [script runner]
[hide; show; delete; create] varibale $string$
