Digital signature issue

I am on a PC with windows vista and I am getting an error when I try and down load the software indicating that there is not a digital signature...any ideas..just do not like to accept software without digital signature.

When you said download the software, were you referring to Scratch 1.4?

RANDOM THOUGHT: If the tomato is a fruit, doesn't that make ketchup a smoothie?
