Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

I've had my Lite since it came out and it still works.

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

Get a DS Lite. They can play GBA games. If you want a camera I suppose you can get a DSi (they're considerably cheaper then the 3DS, and besides, the 3D feature makes me sick. I know you can disable it but then what's the point, you could have gotten a DSi for cheaper). They all have a pretty good game selection. The DS Lite and original model DS have terribly breakable hinges (I totally broke the top screen off of my DS Lite by accidentally knocking it off a really low table), but the DSi L and R buttons wear off too quickly.  So yeah, either get a DS Lite or DSi. (Oh, the camera is relatively slow and buggy on the DSi but it's okay, just thought I'd point that out.)

The Lite does have bad hinges. I opened mine one day, and broke one. Yeah. I don't know how that works.

The Original one doesn't. Only concrete will kill the hinge.

Not true. Do you know how my nephew broke his? He dropped it. He was holding it near his knees, and he is very short. IT BROKE APART AND IT LANDED ON SOFT CARPET.

Only be very careful with the hinge. When the lid is down open it up very slowly or you'll risk breaking the hinge. >_<

And whatever you do don't drop it. Even when there's soft carpet on the floor. Even when you are very close to the ground.

I would suggest the DSi... It has a camera and voice recorder and (1)Doesn't hurt your eyes like the 3DS and (2) Is smaller than the DSi XL, making it easier to take with you.

So yeah. I'm thinking about getting one.
Answer these questions and don't just post '3ds'  tongue

Which one looks the coolest?
Which one has the most reasonable price?
Which one do you think is most stable?
And which one has the best supply of games and features?

1. 3DS
2. DS
3. DSi
4. DSi + 3DS

--TIE-SOLVING MATHEMATICS--
DS = 1
DSi = 2
3DS = 2
DSi = 2dime(3DS) + relief(3dpain(3DS))
DSi = butadd(3DS) for no pain
3DS = best(choice) for pain
