A separation on blocks
I believe, in all aspects, that it should be optional to ban someone from one part of the community, not all, like the main page and forums.
And also, separate Misc bans from Regular bans, please.
Back in my day.... there were no laws that censored the internet... now, there are.... nah.

This part is already possible, because my school is IP banned from the forums, but not from the main site.
