you didn't change the header (0.2) to say (0.3).  I'm gonna release a version 0.3.1, with a rocket license (based loosely off the scratch license). and a few more features.

Also, I'm going to make it so you have to use the contact us form to get the Dev password -->  That way we know who's accessing it in Alpha Stage (Beta stage will have different features (You need to access a couple of glitches to get it, maybe)
