Yeah, the taskbar is what is really annoying. I also don't like the "libraries" in the file organizer.

Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Windows Vista Home Premium SP2. On two separate computers, obviously. I'd like to upgrade to Windows 7, though - it's a pain to get two windows side-by-side in Vista.

Quite easy, minimize them or right-click the taskbar and click "Show Windows Side by Side".
