Best scratchers,i downloaded the first version from scratch for fun,but it deleted al my sprites and sounds,i redownloaded Scratch 1.4. but everything is still gone,please give my some music and sounds,i will give lots of love-its and other things for it.

This belongs in Troubleshooting, where I shall move it.

As to your missing sprites, reinstalling Scratch should not get rid of them. I'd do a system-wide search.

What sprites did you have? Did you only the ones that came with Scratch, or were they more specific sprites?

It was just an stupid thingy on the computer,he replaced scratch 1.4 with 1.2,the current version is still on the computer.
And i can't find an good forum to put that message .
