My advice my mom gave me on the subject - if you're not in a position to handle a relationship, then don't date.
Whether or not you're ready to date is something that you probably should talk about with your parents. Chances are that if they're not comfortable with it, then maybe is not the time to be asking someone out.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
