Having an issue with speech bubbles when project is uploaded

Hi! I'm new to Scratch (just learned it in class this semester), and am having issues with speech bubbles when my project file is uploaded to the server. Instead of appear for the length of time they should (with or without "say _____ for x secs") they sometimes appear for a fraction of a second and then disappear, or will appear later than they should. On the local file, I have no issues whatsoever. Anything I should check?

By your description, everything sounds solid, the internet usually messes up the timing.  smile

RANDOM THOUGHT: If the tomato is a fruit, doesn't that make ketchup a smoothie?
