Miscellaneous Forums
Why can't I add a new post or comment on a thread in the Miscellaneous Forums? Is there some sort of new feature where a new scratcher can't access it until a certain amount of time has passed? Does anyone know?

Yes.
You have to be a normal “Scratcher” first.
