Hi,
I just discovered scratch yesterday, and I'm loving it! I downloaded it for my two little girls, but couldn't stop playing with it myself. I wrote a spelling game for my first grade daughter so that I can update it each week with her spelling words. For each word, I have a corresponding picture (costume) and sound. Each costume is named for it's word. I would like my script to be able to create a list of words based on the names of it's costumes. So far, I don't see a way to do that, so I am manually creating the list of words. So does anyone know if I can access the names of the costumes? It would be less to change each week when I update her words. Thanks for any input!
I'm not sure how to copy and paste my code from scratch, so here is a link to my game...http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jcFlory/1780382
By the way, I know it's not pretty yet...I just got it up and running.
Just noticed that the sounds aren't working...not sure if that's my laptop or if there is a problem, I'll have to check that out on my desktop.

There isn't currently a way to read the names of costumes without hacking or doing it manually, I'm sorry. Maybe in a future version.
