flag icon as inappropriate button.
The name says everything. I know there are some people out there who don't have appropriate icons (I'm not pointing out anyone spicifically). And since this is a children's website I believe that all inappropriate icons should be elimenated. Plan: I think that under all icons there should be a flag icon as inappropriate buttons. Just like in projects only with icons instead.
(Scratch Team please look at this and tell me if this could be a good idea)

It's actually a good idea - but for now, if you see a person with an inappropriate icon, you should report it by contacting the Scratch Team directly about it (you can also get there by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page). Make sure to say exactly who it is with the bad avatar.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Yeah, I agree, this can be an issue. For now, please do as hmnwilson recommends and contact the Scratch Team. Hopefully, when the Scatch 2.0 redesign comes out, it will have some better way of handling that kind of situation.
