Do you mean to the Scratch website?

There are 2 ways.
The first method (3 steps with an extra 1 optional) is:
1. Click the brown paper with the up arrow.
2. Fill out the form and click OK.
3. Wait for it to upload.
4. Now, go to your My Stuff page, and see it there! (optional)
Tip: You cannot use this method on Scratch 1.3.1 or below.
I prefer this one.
Second method (either 3 with an extra 1 optional, or 4 with an extra 1 optional) is:
1. Click Share in the tool-bar like line of text, as "File Edit Share Help", and select the first option. OR Click "Share!" in the line of buttons at the top near the Scratch logo if you are using Scratch 1.3.1 or below.
1.5. If you are using Scratch 1.4 or higher, choose the first option in the Share list of options.
2. Fill out the form and click OK.
3. Wait for it to upload.
4. Now, go to your My Stuff page, and see it there! (optional)

No, they want to put an uploading thing into a mod, I think.

I think the way is then world-wide Mesh that's forever on, on Squeak. And then everyone has a variable that can link to the latest download for the project with older projects, and for a share it will add to the variable once you've filled out the form. The hoster also gets a code if a project was uploaded, to download the file then embed with the HTML code, and more.

I think actually upload it to a site, like Scratch does.

If what you guys really means is uploading to a site, Mod Share's the solution
http://mod-share.webuda.com/
There's info about how to link the mod to it here

Is Mod Share broken? Someone said it was, so the wiki page was deleted.

I (or a different admin) can restore the page if needed.

I just looked at the wiki and it's still there...
So I don't know what you're talking about. All the better, I guess.
Anyway, you are quite right about the old Mod Share closing down: the site will soon reach 2000 visits and freehostingcloud closes sites after 2000 views.
No worries though: the new site will be up and running for a long while!

No, someone is getting very confused. I thought you said Mod Central.
That page got deleted.
