Scratch is Displaying a Video From VLC
I have VLC open and it is paused on a frame. Then I opened Scratch and it through the numbers and the draw new costume interface it displayed the video. When I minimize VLC it still shows it. When I shrink it it changes the size of the video. When I play it Scratch shows the video playing with no delay. This is really weird and probably has to do with the way scratch generates it's images. Maybe the use the same program/file.
Edit: It also shows through on all the scratch program previews on the front page.

This is most likely a case of the page not have loaded properly. It is likely because your computer is running slowly at the moment. (If it's not, excuse me.)
