whic one? my name or the bully's name? i also don't get if i have to put the bully's email or mine. plz tell me!

From what I understand, you're using the "Contact Us" form, but you don't know whether to put the name of the user you'd like to report, or your name, into the "name field." If I'm correct and that is what you're asking, just put your name and email in. Then, you can describe the situation in the larger box that says "message." Does that make sense?
This also goes into the "All About Scratch" section of the forums. I'll move it there for you.
