Can't set "Custom Location" for City

You know that for some accounts, they can type something in the City field and sometimes use it as a bio? I have that example on my test account.

But when I joined, I put nothing in the City field and now I can't add anything.

Yeah, this is a known glitch. You can set a location when you make your account, but can't add one if you don't already have it set.  hmm
