Eberytime I insert a disk into my PlayStation, it either:

A) Flies out at high speeds

B)Cmes out, and if you touch it, the disk shocks you

Help?

I read on a few websites that your PS is done. You either need to get it repaired, which I think they will do, or just buy a new one.

Do you mean the PlayStation 3? I think you should send it in for repairs. I believe that's the most simple way, but I don't own any PlayStations.
