Yeah, I dunno what the real 'Pledge of Allegiance' is, but I think this needs a cool title. cool

Can you fulfil this pledge? You have to post for a week in Misc. (and all other forums, maybe?), following these guidelines...

The Misc. Pledge of Allegiance
> Thou shalt not spam
> Try to make all posts 2 lines long or more (make posts worthwhile)
> Help at least 1 new member every day
> Keep content suitable for all
> Reply HELPFULLY to threads (don't just put 'yeah, I can't help you there')
> Be friendly to all Scratchers, even annoying ones[/quotes]
> In the week, post at least one topic that is likely to generate discussions

I know you should do this stuff already, but as you settle in to the forums, you sometimes forget. Like I do.

I wrote this for myself, but figured that it would be quite fun for us all to have a go! big_smile
If you want to join, post saying so. Then other Scratchers will know you are posting by the Pledge and we can check to see how well you are doing!

It's a bit of fun that could potentially help Scratch become a bit more... civilized, and maybe more interesting than reading a post saying 'oh yeah lol'!

If you want to commend another user, or point out someone not sticking to the MPOA very well, tell us here ^^

We might even have a leaderboard by the end of the week! smile

So who wants to take the challenge!?

Seems pretty pointless to me.
No offense but I dont see why we need a pledge to motivate ourselves to do good on scratch.

I follow this all the time. Except the part about posting threads. I only post threads when I want to, which isn't very often.
