Scratch to teach Language (Hindi)

Hi,

I am new to scratch. I would like to develop scratch programs that I can use to teach Hindi for children. This includes the vowels, alphabets their sounds and basic words by showing the corresponding picture (Ex = Cat = Match Picture of a Cat & Audio that says "Cat" when clicked on the image).

1. Can anyone help me with how do I begin, and tell me the best practices to adopt. Your experiences need not be with Hindi, it can be based on any language. I did try to search for "language" in the Scratch project gallery, however, I could not find any good examples in a quick search.

2. If you can point me to any good scratch programs that would serve as good examples, that would be great.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from the scratch community.

Take a look at this gallery. It contains a lot of projects like what you're describing. Good luck on your endeavor!

Re: Scratch to teach Language (Hindi)

Hi hpotter134, Thanks for the link. I did view the same the link to the cheddargirl gallery. That is exactly the type of content I am trying to develop for my website. Based on the complexity, I would rather have professional help to help me develop such scratch projects based on specs.

Would any experienced scratch developer (hpotter134 / cheddargirl or someone else) be willing to develop scratch projects on a professional basis for me. I am trying to develop projects as shown in the gallery -
