The first thing I noticed here was that all the projects on "Most Loved Recently" are new. Then from some browsing,I noticed that only projects 10 days or younger could make the list. How about make another list from the amount of love its/day, with unlimited time as long as it stayed loved? Then people could set records on the "Billboard Scratch 100." I also think that this would say more about whaat scratch likes.
Also, I think there should be a "Most Loved of All Time."
Maybe I'm just letting the music-fan in me get the better of me.

The projects never changed because all of them had so many love its. It's not worth it...

Yes, because the projects would stay the same. The page is still accessible though, but it's not called BLLLboard Scratch 100.
If it was on the front page, it would receive more population, and more views (or love its/remixes) and would then stay on the front page.
