Nice game. I liked it and the music was great, and so was the coding on it.
A couple things to improve on it-
1. I would make it longer, like with more levels and stuff like that, because although it was a great game, it was kind of short.
2. The explosions and missiles were fine, the helicopters could have been better if you need sprites for a helicotter, here is a project with one. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Bobby500/177323
3. At the end, I didn't even see the whitehouse. Maybe you can make it so it lands on the roof? That would be cool.
4. Make the bullets bigger. It was really hard to hit the enemy copters and even harder to see there bullets.
5. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!
