Can you add a shoutbox to the forum please!!! It would be a Great way for the users to interact and there could be Chatbox Moderators to moderate and Mute people from the shoutbox if they spam! Pleassse!

From what I can tell from the first post, it's pretty much a chatroom. Sorry, but chatrooms aren't going to happen on Scratch. Threads need to have a well-defined discussion topic instead of a lot of things bouncing around.

Yeah, chatboxes have been suggested before but it's unlikely that they'll ever happen. The general reasoning is that they don't add very much to forum discussion for the amount of effort it takes to moderate them.
