Static OS Development Thread
Static OS is a shell being made in Scratch. So far it is about 5% complete. I am still working on the login screen. I will post updates every time I complete a major part of it.
This will be the first operating system made even partially in Scratch!

Update! Zap OS will be made in a slightly edited Scratch. I need the code for 'enter presentation mode' and 'exit presentation mode' blocks. An early alpha will be coming soon.

The next Zap OS alpha is out! (link to project) The name has been changed to Static OS. Please give feedback. Also, I will chose some of my favorite Scratch projects to make into Static OS apps, and I am looking for suggestions.
