Since when did they have the different sections of messages:

I haven't gotten an admin message for a looong time, so I guess I've never noticed.

The Scratch Team just added that feature recently.

The Scratch Team was concerned that sometimes messages from administrators get buried within the normal messages and thus get overlooked, so now messages from the Scratch Team are separate from the other messages.
