I got scarlet fever when I was 8 (I am 8 right now.) and hit a boy in NURSERY at school when I was 6. The nursery boy was unharmed, but I fractured my arm.

When I was born I had asthma and pnyamonia when I was born, I somehow survived, but till I was 8 if I went swimming I'd have to do asthma treatments for a week+. It wasn't permanent because it wore off before I was 10, but it still leaves a scar.
I sometimes have a little trouble breathing, but not since like 4 years.

I was born with a hole in my heart but it went away or something.

Lol I was hurting... Really bad. I thought I had broken a bone! I twisted my arm and sprained my right ankle, and rolled the other one.

RANDOM FACT: It's estimated that 1 in 4 people have a hole in their heart, and just don't know it! "Inside the Human Body" is so informative!

Meh, burning my hand in science was bad! Remember when I missed the test tube, and the kettle tipped boiling water on me? XD
And Jeni broke a test tube by just using those scissor-things to grip it

If you don't feel like reading this, the gist of this story is that I had a ruptured appendix, I had to get surgery, and I was might have been close to death because my electrolytes were low

The Ruptured Appendix
I had appendicitis, and my dad thought it was just a really bad virus (because it lasted for a few days before I went to the hospital) and I kept complaining my stomach and legs were hurting, and I was throwing up alot. then one sunday evening, I woke up and I couldn't really move without feeling pain, so I slowly got out of the rocking chair to walk to my dad (very slowly and wobbly) and tell him I was feeling pain around my stomach area.
He makes me sit up on the couch to see if it was just the way I was sleeping that made my stomach area hurt. then he made me eat some soup, and I could only eat like 7 spoon fulls of soup, then I go to sleep for the night.
February 7th, 2011
I wake up on Monday morning, and I get worse, i'm still throwing up, and i'm getting weaker and weaker (when going to the restroom, I look in the mirror and notice I look weak and tired, I got alot skinnier, and my tounge is dry and a grayich color). Then my dad comes back from work to take me to the hospital, and after they give me all the tests, they say my appendix is ruptured, and i'll need surgery to get it removed on the same day. I froze when I heard this news, but I stayed calm.
While i'm in the rolling bed thingy, some guys from LeBonheur roll me into an ambulance truck and take me to LeBonheur, and I stay in a room with my dad because we're waiting for the news about when i'm getting appendix removed.
The guy who gives the information about the surgery comes in and he says 7-10 other kids need to get their appendix removed, so I have to wait 'till tommorow to get the surgery (and I can't drink anything in that time (and I'm so freaking thirsty! all i've had is an IV ALL DAY!) but I can eat ice chips, which helped just enough.
![]()
it's the next day, around 3:00 or 4:00 something P.M., and the doctors say i'm ready for my surgery. The doctors get my on the tall bed thingy with wheels, and roll me to the lobby for whne your about to get surgery. I wait like 7 minutes with my parents in the lobby, and they say I can pick out a toy to take home, but I'm almost 13! I was like "I'm almost thirteen though, and, umm, I haven't played with a toy in a while" (I tried to be really polite, and lots of the nurses think i'm polite anyhow) and the doctor said: "there will probaby be something you like
" and they rolled me into the room with lots of HUGE Toy chests (they were kind of like chests of drawers except the had doors
) and they roll me past all the toys, I actually see something I actually LIKE, and it was a magnetic dart board, haven't had one of those yet
![]()
They open the door, take it out, and give it to me, then when I'm back in the lobby, I give it to my parents. After like a minute, this lady with a shot comes and asks if im ready, and I say yes, so she injects the shot in my IV thingy, and after a few seconds, I start to feel foggy, then they roll me to the surgical spot somewhere not in sight, and the next thing I remember, I wake up with my eyes closed and im feeling really tired (plus my throat was hurting a little bit for some bizzare reason but I later found out they stuck tubes down my mouth and into my lungs so they could pump oxygen in my lungs), I try to open my eyes, and I manage to open them for like a second at a time.
While they are rolling back to my room, my mom and dad asks how I feel, and I say my throat is hurting a little, and i'm really tired. A little later, i'm back in my room and they put me back in my bed, and some of my family is there, and I manage to open my eys for some seconds and say hi to them, then I close my eys and I can hear and see bright lashes in my eyelids because my mom was taking pictures of me, but it dosn't take my long to fall back asleep.
Later in the evening, I wake up (I can't remember what time) and my dad is the only one with me now (I can't remember if he was sleeping or awake) and thats all I remember from that day.
The rest of this story isn't important, but here's the epilogue.
April 19th, 2011
Its the present, and I have one WHOLE sweet potatoe pie to myself, I got my blue belt on the 15th, and I'm in the adult part of the class now!Plus I recieved lots of candy and flavored drinks and stuff and I ate 3 WHOLE containers of pringles by myself.
![]()
Well thats the only major thing that really happened to me (I might have been close to death because my electrolytes or whatever they are were low) but i'm glad im okay now.![]()
Injection in an IV Bag? Last time I checked, they moved to gas anesthesia. xD.
Aside from that, ouch... Dx

About three years ago in Minnesota, my family decided to go tubing at Welsh Village to the south of where we lived.
Well... truth be told, half way through our trip down the river, we decided to stop to eat lunch, a simple cheese and cracker lunch with Oreos, when rain clouds started moving in. They progressively let loose rain, lightning and grew darker until a green color startled me. You guessed it. My family and three of our friends where half-naked on a small shore cowering under a large tree when a tornado hit.
Luckily, it never touched down and we only escaped with small welts from hail. The tree didn't fall over either. Scariest moment in my life.
One day, I was walking home from the bus stop.
I got green-skie'd.
I ran.
I turned on the TV.
*** THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING. TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. ***
It happened once more when I was watching a show on tornadoes. xP

Here's how it went down...
I was in 6th grade, it was the last day of School, and therefore the Last Recess of the year. Our last chance to see certain people who we are not good enough friends of to care about outside of school. Everyone was having fun, we had good reason too, Summer Vacation was on its way.
Then it happened
I decided that it would be a good idea to play kickball. (Fun game, I personally still enjoy it) I was off to a good start, I had a double, and was just about to make it to third base. I decided to be a show-off and slide onto 3rd base. Odd stuff went down and I took out the 3rd baseman's legs. He fell on me like a ton of bricks and bounced right off. No trouble right? WRONG! I tried to stand up, then my leg started hurting, a ton. I looked at it... All I could see was a rip through my jeans that was getting soaked with blood. I started screaming and yelling and cursing... Everything! I ran up to a teacher and said "My leg is cut open help me!!!"
She responded that I should walk to the nurse... as if I could walk that far, My shoes were even getting bloody. 30 Seconds later the principal ran out of our school towards me. He picked me up and carried me to the nurses office.
The Aftermath
11 hours later I went into surgery. I had grass and dirt and rocks in my leg, and mt knee was cut wide open. They cleaned and stitched up my leg. But I was knocked out, I woke up dehydrated, GLORIOUS!!!!!!! Just what I needed! 2 days later I was at home. I had 9 stitches in my leg. My friends came to visit me at home, I was very glad to see them after 2 terrible days.
They KO'ed you? 0.o
