iPod Help!

I know iTunes backup your files (Like apps, etc.) But what about Cydia? I want to backup my Cydia stuff and go to iOS 4.3.1! Is that possible?

Re: iPod Help!

Use Aptbackup. It's not a perfect solution, but it saves a list of your installed Cydia extensions so that you can easy reinstall them after you update. Just install Aptbackup on your iPod, use it to back everything up, then back up your iPod in iTunes. After you update and rejailbreak, install Aptbackup again and open it to restore your apps from Cydia.

Next step? I press Backup. Backed up in iTunes. What's next?

Howto?

Youtube, as my iPod Touch 4 is in the AP's office, most likely.

That's not the same thing. >_< Tinyumbrella forces iTunes to install old firmware on the iPod. It's a good idea to save SHSH blobs in case you want to go back to an older iOS version, but it won't back up your Cydia apps.
