I have a delemma: I have about 9$ on my iTunes account, and I'm debating between 3 games:
Phoenix Wright (4.99)
SteamBirds (1.99)
Game Dev Story (3.99)
Discuss what game I should get, and other great iPod/iPhone games.

Jailbreak your iPod. You can get those games for free.

But that's illegal, and you can get bricked.

What parts says it's legal? And I don't really want to jailbreak. Which one should I get.

Erm, get more money, and get all 3.

I have Game Dev Story. Beware, your battery will die at least three times before you can put it down. It's that addictive. I also love Steam Birds on the computer, and Peonix Wright is supposed to be good, but I say:
1. Game Dev Story
2. Steambirds
3. Pheonix Wright

I'm thinking about getting My3D, if I don't, I can get another iTunes card. Do they come in $10?

After new (ridiculous) laws, it is legal to jailbreak but it's careless to do so. Someone programmed this app for more than a year and does it for a job. They don't get a salary. Instead, their money is what they get when people buy the app. I know this because my parents create apps for the iPod and iPhone. If you don't give them money for the app, expect apps made by that person to dissapear from the app store. They didn't get enough money and they can't afford to keep it in the app store. Jailbreak the game, it will probably leave the app store. DON'T JAILBREAK.

Just a suggestion-get Pottery. The graphics are AMAZING. It's just too addictive. I have made a pot with egyptian patterns and colors with a handle on the side.

...jailbreak doesn't mean pirate. Unfortunately, because there's a pirating app in the jailbreak app store (Cydia), everyone automatically thinks you're a pirate if you jailbreak.

I know, but you were saying jailbreaking is illegal, when it's not. Pirating is illegal. You don't have to pirate when you jailbreak- there's a ton more to do. Most jailbreakers don't pirate, actually.
