I'm confused on how to put the thing on the bottom of each of my posts.

I'll do a fake example to show you what i mean.

Go to Profile > Personality > Edit your signature. You can edit it from there.

where do you find your profile? is it on your user page or on the forums?

On the forums bar, to the right of "forums home" and "search".
