Need a picture.
I don't want one of those pictures that stays still. How do i make a picture that moves?
I tried but failed

You can't make a GIF, or moving icon, using Scratch, you need Gimp or a program like it. From there, I don't know how to help you, mostly because I don't have Gimp, but I know thats how you make animated icons. 
RANDOM THOUGHT: If the tomato is a fruit, doesn't that make ketchup a smoothie?
