How do i make a volume control bar in my game???

I've got music and sound in my game and  i was wondering how to add one of those features where you click an icon, then a bar pops up, then you can adjust the slider on the bar according to what volume you want. I was just wondering how to do that in scratch...could someone please help me!!!
