Wall Jumping Glitch?

I made wall sensors, and those worked perfectly well, but then my character mysteriously gained the ability to jump on walls, and, in case your wondering, I DON'T WANT HIM TO JUMP ON WALLS! HELP!

Re: Wall Jumping Glitch?

Most likely your ground sensor (the one on the bottom) is too wide, so when you hit the wall from the sides, it touches the wall and senses it.  Make that sensor thinner and it should work fine.

Excellent answer. To augment this a little:

Sensors can be quite finicky things. It's extremely difficult to get them perfected, but once you know what's wrong you can tweak them to fit your needs and hopefully get them right, although I doubt it's possible to get it *perfect* given the delays Scratch adds to every block.
