Windows 7 thinks Scratch Installer wasn't installed correctly

Problem: Windows 7 thinks Scratch Installer wasn't installed correctly.
Fault: Unknown fault.
Description: After closing Scratch after making and sharing a project, when you close Scratch, Windows 7 Program Compatibility Troubleshooter pops up and tells me the installer hasn't installed correctly. I click "This program has installed correctly" and my computer seems fine. More information is added every day.

Re: Windows 7 thinks Scratch Installer wasn't installed correctly

This happens with most programs, such as if I install something, run it, and close it quickly.
