I like the animation, but it lasts a little too long. And maybe try different animations and see which one is est

o i get it. i found some good animations on the spriters resource, but only for 2 moves. it would be weird if 2 of the moves were great, but the other 2 were weird... where do you get your sprites?

Beta Testers (I know your not on at 1:03 AM, but I am. Not tired yet), do you want me to post the accurate damage algorithm? I found it with S65's help I think. I won't be on till later (around noon all times), but I'll be looking for a reply. 1:04 AM

Incase anyone is interested, here is a page with all the damage formula's straight from the official pokemon games.

If you can incorporate those formulas into your game than you can make a perfect clone of the battle system.

I took a look and the forumla seemed like it would be hard to implement in scratch. That would be a lot of variables to make.

hmm, interesting. Anyway, I took a look at your game.

1. The movment during a battle works! It is much better now and I like the overall game much better now. I can now see when I am attacking and all of that good stuff.

2. You can STILL walk through buildings.

3. You can still walk out on Prof. birch. Keep it there, I like walking out on him.  tongue

4. For some reason, after 3 battles, my squirtle evolved. Right before it I heard a helicopter sound? it was very odd. How ever, I got to test the evolved form!

5. Water gun didn't work for me.

6. The battle damage was much better now. The algortih thingy works.

That is all for right now.

Okay, well the damage thing was much better than last time I played. Start adding more pokemon and more areas! that way, I can actually explore some new stuff while playing it. Also put the level the pokemon is on! I really want that. Badly!

Oh, and my project now is in 43 gallerys and I asked to be in 20 more.
