Disable /nick RIGHT. NOW.

Someone is abusing it really bad and changing my name OVER. AND OVER. AND OVER. Worst part is I don't know who. First he/she was making my name either "I_HATE_SOUP" or "I_HATE_QAZ" and wouldn't let me change it back, and there was horrible lag, then everyone's name got swapped, and then the server crashed.
