Well, normally the TBG block lengths are determined by the TBG moderators. An exception might be made if it was found that someone had messed around with the security aspects of the software though. I suspect that the Scratch Team would take a close interest if you were successful.
It would certainly be appreciated if you would use the Contact Us form (or email directly to help@scratch.mit.edu) and let us know if you have found a way to circumvent the security
