Does it break the rules???

I know your are not allowed to share email via Scratch, but I am hosting a collab and I need a form of contact for my collaborators. Here's the scenario I'm in:
I am thinking about creating a collab account, but I need a safe way to share the password. Would it be breaking the scratch rules if you ask somebody (over the scratch forums) to go to a separate site and link their email so you could email the password to the collab account to them?

Or you could make a private forums with PMing and PM the information.

But I'm pretty sure emailing is fine, as long as it is as private as possible.

(like putting it on the third-level comment, and having the project owner delete it when done.)
